This note (see pic below) might look like a normal-looking SGD$2.00 Note. However, not many of us might have noticed that it actually has a Millenium 2000 Logo stamped on the bottom left and top right of the note.

3,000,000 pieces of this note was released on December 8th, 1999 to celebrate the millenium Year 2000.

So, the next time you receive an SGD$2.00 change, do look for the logo. You might just be one of the lucky 2,999,998 others who own this note.

On June 27, 2007, to commemorate 40 years of currency agreement between Singapore and Brunei, the SGD$20 note was launched; the back is identical to the Bruneian $20 note launched concurrently.
